What a wonderful initiative by the Parks Board staff. Congrats to whomever initiated and/or pushed forward the idea of flowers which re-appear within the grass year after year.
Wow, caught me off guard, I ride by there all the time and normally would have seen them!! No such feature up top, though I prefer the route.
