It wouldn’t be logical to have water associated with this artwork – they’re representations of salt piles, associated with the Salt Building (now Craft Beer Market) across the street. It’s titled ‘Refined’ and is by Jill Anholt.
I see now. That makes sense. The lower part of it makes it look like the edge of a pool to my eyes.
I was also thinking of that fountain in Seattle that looks like a volcano where water runs down a cone.
