I want to be excited about this but I’m not a) It doesn’t extend to my neighbourhood, b) I can’t see it being successful with the helmet laws.
So true I fear the helmet law will really undermine usage
It won’t work if the helmet law is enforced. It appears to me there is much less enforcement.
Cycling is growing. Helmets use appears to be steady or falling. Are there more head injuries? If the helmet law works there should be.
I doubt there are – but prove me wrong.
The police should have better things to do with their time.
