Says Patrick Condon:

A good report and a massive amount of work.  It aligns with my view of a distributed network to serve “20 minute districts.”

Portland is following this strategy. Vancouver? Not so much.

  1. I’m sure this might ALMOST be worth reading, but there’s a very good reason newspapers and novels always use serif fonts. Sans serif text like this one create eye fatigue and hence an unwillingness on the part of the would-be reader to continue.
